Competition Rules

These rules are subject to change.
Competition Duration: 3 days
Advancement Mechanism: Elimination per round; advancing teams can use SAT tokens to acquire the AI Agents and Solution Ideas of eliminated teams.
Blockchain Application: All AI Agents, technical solutions, transactions, and judges' scores will be recorded on the blockchain to ensure fairness and intellectual property protection.

SVAC Cryptocurrency
SVAC has its own cryptocurrency for the competition. This currency, known as SAT tokens, is individually owned, and fund allocation within each team is managed by its members. Rewards and proceeds from acquisitions are distributed at the team's discretion; transactions with the organizers will be conducted solely through the team leader.

Competition Process
Day 1 – Preliminary Round & First Acquisition Round
Morning (Round 1 – Preliminary Competition)
Teams compete in the first round, assessed on:

  • AI model performance
  • Pitch deck evaluation
  • Technical feasibility analysis
  • Space application solution assessment
    Advancement Criteria:
  • Teams meeting the performance benchmarks advance.
  • All AI Agents and solutions must be registered on the blockchain to ensure copyright protection.

Afternoon (Round 2 – Acquisition)
Eliminated teams may sell their technical assets, while advancing teams have the opportunity to acquire these assets.
Transaction Process:

  • AI Agent pricing (in SAT tokens)
  • Solution Idea valuation (in SAT tokens)
  • Acquired teams receive a revenue-sharing agreement of 10%-50% of final prize earnings
  • All transactions are recorded on blockchain smart contracts for transparency and fairness

Day 2 – Advanced Round & Second Acquisition Round
Morning (Round 3 – Competitive Challenge)
Advancing teams face a higher level of competition, assessed on:

  • AI application scenario testing
  • Combined pitch deck and technical validation
  • Simulated market competition strategies
  • Space innovation applications (e.g., lunar landing, Mars exploration, space station management, deep-space AI)
    Advancement Criteria:
  • Teams meeting the advanced criteria progress further.

Afternoon (Round 4 – Second Acquisition Round)
Eliminated teams may sell additional technical assets, and advancing teams can acquire up to 3 sets of AI Agents and related technologies using SAT tokens.
Transaction Terms:

  • Each acquisition may include a revenue-sharing agreement of 10%-50%
  • All transactions are executed via blockchain to ensure transparency and fairness

Day 3 – Final Competition
Morning (Round 5 – Final Evaluation)
Advancing teams undergo a multi-faceted evaluation based on:

  • AI technology applicability and innovation
  • Feasibility of space applications
  • Business model strength and market potential
  • AI’s impact on space exploration, deep-space communication, and robotic exploration
    Advancement Criteria:
  • Teams that meet the criteria advance to the final round.

Afternoon (Final Round – Championship Match)
Advancing teams compete in a final pitch and demo session.
Evaluation Process:

  • Judges and audience voting (with potential use of a Web3 DAO for decentralized voting)
  • Based on final performance, the Top 3 teams are selected and awarded prizes

Blockchain Applications in SVAC
Blockchain ensures competition fairness, transaction transparency, and intellectual property protection.

  1. AI Agent & Solution Idea Copyright Protection
    • Participants must register AI Agents (models, algorithms) and Solution Ideas on the blockchain (via NFT or smart contract) before the competition starts.
    • Each technology is assigned a unique identifier to secure ownership rights.
  2. Acquisition and SAT Token Transaction Mechanism
    • SAT token payments and revenue-sharing agreements are recorded on the blockchain and cannot be altered.
    • If an acquiring team wins, smart contracts automatically execute the prize-sharing agreements.
  3. Judging and Final Competition Transparency
    • A decentralized judging mechanism ensures fair scoring and voting, preventing disputes.
    • The final round's technical solutions are recorded on the blockchain to prevent manipulation or conflict.

Conclusion
SVAC integrates blockchain technology to ensure competition fairness, transaction transparency, and robust intellectual property protection. The progressive acquisition mechanism enables AI Agents and innovative solutions to evolve throughout the competition, ultimately driving advancements in space technology.
